Sabrina Nouri has been awarded the Amédée-Pichot Prize for Best Foreign Translation and the INALCO Prize. In 2024 her French translation of Aliyeh Ataei’s novel Koorsorkhi, published as La Frontière des Oubliés, became the first work by an Iranian-Afghan author to appear in Gallimard’s prestigious Du Monde entier collection. Nouri lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
